After 14+ years in high-pressure corporate environments, I realized something essential was missing—inner peace. My journey from burnout to spiritual transformation led me to create Soul Sunrise Co. Now, I empower others to elevate their energy and connect with their true selves through powerful daily rituals and transformative wellness experiences.

Always grateful for where I live… today I attended a local Beltane celebration! Where we danced around the Maypole, with music, laughter, flower crowns and community spirit.
Beltane is one of the great Celtic fire festivals, marking the halfway point between spring and summer. A time of fertility, creativity, and celebration of life in full bloom.
We honoured the Green Man — the ancient symbol of nature’s wild spirit — and gave thanks for the abundance returning to the Earth. It’s moments like these that remind me how deeply rooted joy and ritual can be when shared with others.
I got some guidance with a tarot reading & I picked up two new oracle decks that I’m so excited to weave into future rituals:
– Season of the Witch: Beltane Edition
– Chinese Five-Element Oracle
Both deeply connected to the cycles I already follow with Soul Sunrise Co.
What touched me most was seeing families, friends, elders and children all gathering to honour the turning of the wheel together.
These events are becoming more common — and that gives me so much hope. It’s a sign that we’re remembering. Reconnecting. Reclaiming the magic of living seasonally and in community.
